Please come and join us this Friday morning (January 6) for a new installment of the NIRI Philadelphia Chapter’s educational and interactive learning series. We will be focusing this week on Running a Successful Analyst Day. The agenda will cover key areas around this topic including:
-Getting management on board and selling the event internally
-Theme development & early planning
-Managing the event timeline, identifying key deliverables, and staying on track
-Developing the messagesand managing key participant inputs
-Tying it together: The last 10%
-The event day: Items of importance
-Follow-up: How to make the most of the day when it’s done
To help us think about these issues, we will host an experienced panel of participants who have excellent experience on this topic from the lens of the buy side as well as corporate side. These include:
- Brian Begley, CFA, Portfolio Manager, Philadelphia Investment Partners
- Frederick Cooper, Senior Vice President - Finance, International Development & Investor Relations, Toll Brothers, Inc.
In addition, we have a number of highly experienced IR’s and consultants in attendance who can also weigh in on their experience with managing Analyst Day’s both large and small. This meeting will be a great chance to consider angles on the topic that you may not have previously considered, or which could help you polish your already honed skills to a fine point.
