Amma Anaman
Associate General Counsel and Legal Relationship Manager, U.S. Listings
Amma advises current and prospective Nasdaq-listed companies on Nasdaq's listing rules and corporate governance standards, supports Nasdaq's public policy initiatives, and is Corporate Secretary for the Nasdaq Foundation, whose mission is to advance diversity in investor engagement. Amma was part of the women-led team that formulated Nasdaq's board diversity proposal, advising the team on legal strategy, rule language and media relations.

Prior to joining Nasdaq in 2018, Amma was in private practice at the New York offices of Sullivan & Cromwell and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt where she advised public and private companies on corporate governance matters, securities laws and cross-border equity and debt offerings. She also practiced at the Baltimore office of Miles & Stockbridge, where she advised companies on SEC reporting obligations and M&A transactions.

Amma received her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan.

Terry Campbell
Vice President, Global Government Relations
Terry Campbell is the Vice President and Head of U.S. Government Relations for Nasdaq. Terry has a wealth of experience in public policy and finance. Previous to working for Nasdaq, Terry served in the United States Senate for Senator Chuck Hagel (NE) as Senior Legislative Assistant for Banking. Hagel, who went on to become the Secretary of Defense under President Obama, was a member of the Senate Banking Committee and Chairman of the International Trade and Finance Subcommittee where he tapped Terry to serve as that Subcommittee's Staff Director. Terry served as Legislative Assistant to Former House Financial Services Committee Chairman Spencer Bachus in the 106th Congress.

Terry was lead staffer for the Congressman on the historic conference committee that produced the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. During the Administration of President George H.W. Bush, Terry served as Confidential Assistant to HHS Secretary Louis W. Sullivan.

Terry is a graduate of the University of Alabama in International Relations, Terry received his Master of Business Administration from Samford University and was a member of the American Academy of Distinguished Students and a member of Sigma Beta Delta - The National Honor Society for Business students.

Roxane Reardon
Partner, Capital Markets

Roxane Reardon is Co-Head of the Global Capital Markets Practice. She is lauded by Chambers as "a highly accomplished practitioner whose clients seek her advice on all aspects of debt and equity transactions."

Roxane principally represents issuers and investment banks engaged in IPOs, de-SPACs and other offerings and private placements of equity, equity-linked and debt securities.  She has a particular specialization in offerings of equity-linked securities, such as optional and mandatory convertible and exchangeable debt and preferred stock, and regularly advises issuers on ongoing securities laws matters and corporate governance issues.

Roxane was recently named in the IFLR1000 Women Leaders 2021 edition that features prominent female lawyers with outstanding reputations within their markets for working on complex deals and holding leadership roles within their firms and practices, and Law360 named Roxane an "MVP" in Capital Markets for 2020. She has also been recognized by Euromoney Legal Media Group as a recipient of the Americas Women in Business Law Award for "Best in Capital Markets" in 2016 and 2018.
