Neil Stewart joined SASB in 2020 as its New York-based Director of Corporate Outreach, bringing more than 25 years of experience in and around investor relations and corporate governance. Previously he was at Citigroup as VP IR Advisory on the ADR team, helping non-US issuers develop IR and ESG strategies. Formerly Editorial & Research Director of both IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary magazine, Mr. Stewart is well known for having led a global lineup of conferences and awards events. He is currently president of NIRI NY, the New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.
Emily Riley

As executive vice president and chief marketing and corporate communications officer at Radian Group Inc., Emily Riley is responsible for the strategic oversight of Radian’s brand and message to employees, customers, investors and other stakeholders.
Emily first joined Radian in 1995 and served in various corporate communications, investor relations and reputation management roles until 2007, when she joined Rohm and Haas Company as manager of financial communications. Emily returned to Radian in 2009 and was promoted to her current role in 2020.
Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in corporate public relations from Rowan University. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and is an IRC® charter holder, as well as a member of the Forum-Group, a network of senior communications executives.

Dave leads the Governance and Sustainability division at Rivel, responsible for the development and execution of the Corporate Governance Intelligence Council, Corporate Responsibility Advisory (ESG) and Board Evaluation services on both a national and international level.
For over 20 years, Dave has provided governance and sustainability advisory services to hundreds of public companies. He has been on the forefront of analyzing investor perceptions and interpretation of proxy issues and ESG matters and is a recognized industry expert in the areas of corporate governance, ESG/sustainability, stakeholder engagement and disclosure.
For Rivel Governance and Sustainability clients, Dave is the lead consultant for management teams and boards on all corporate governance, ESG, stakeholder engagement and disclosure matters. He is experienced and trained in all aspects of ESG, including SASB, TCFD, SDGs, GRI, and industry specific reporting standards and frameworks.
Prior to joining Rivel, Dave held roles as Vice President at Georgeson, Senior Vice President at Laurel Hill Advisory Group, Senior Vice President at AST Phoenix Advisors, and Advisory Director at Argyle.
He earned a BA in English from the New York Institute of Technology.
Nidhi Chadda

Nidhi is a seasoned generalist growth investor and Board advisor to early-stage companies, with a decade of experience investing in public markets. Nidhi serves on several advisory boards and investment committees at angel associations and venture funds and a mentor at various tech accelerator platforms. Nidhi was formerly a portfolio manager at RBC Global Asset Management focused on US small and mid-cap growth equities, where she spearheaded the initiative to drive ESG integration across investment processes. Nidhi has been a panelist and a judge in a number of pitch nights and venture fund - sponsored events and has hosted numerous webinars related to angel investing, fundraising and ESG-related topics. Nidhi has 20+ years of experience as an investment banker, strategic consultant, and investor.
Nidhi is also actively involved with a number of diversity initiatives, including co-hosting a Women in Tech series through Harvard Business School Women's Association of Greater New York, where she is currently a Board member, and a Board member of Keen Chicago, a non-profit organization focused on providing resources to youth with disabilities.
Nidhi earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
