Maggiano's, King of Prussia

Hear first-hand two local CFOs’ views on relationship building – including their relationship with an IRO.

IROs know they need to excel at crafting corporate messages, communicating and telling our company’s story to various stakeholder audiences. A key factor to our success is our ability to nurture and develop relationships with others, both inside and outside of your organization. And CFOs can offer a wealth of advice on how best to do it.

We’ll take this meeting as an opportunity to examine relationship building at its best. Are you giving the C-Suite all the facts they need to make an informed decision? Do you anticipate their follow-up questions? Are you as aware as leadership is of the company’s business needs and goals? Do your business leaders quickly respond to your requests for information because of their relationship with you? Are you connected, regularly speaking to the buy-side, sell-side and prospects? Do you spend as much time as you should outside the office, going on roadshows, attending conferences or industry functions? Do you also take time to visit manufacturing sites/offices and talk to Board members?

Bring your questions, as our CFOs share their insights for a discussion on:
  • Establishing credibility;
  • Building Your network;
  • Understanding business needs and goals;
  • Delivering results;
  • Providing exceptional service.
Register yourself and bring along your finance, communications, marketing, and IR colleagues. For more details on the event and the panelists, please visit www.niriphiladelphia.org.
