NIRI Philadelphia's next exciting program, IR Strategy Formulation, will take place on Friday, November 18, at Maggiano's King of Prussia starting at 7:30 am.

This will be a dynamic and entertaining panel discussion hosted by NIRI Philadelphia Advisory Board and Past Chapter President Jennifer Driscoll, IRC, Director of IR at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. 
We will bring you strategic thinking from a cross-section of the Regions' leading investor relations officers and counselors from both large and smaller market capitalization firms.

Jennifer is part of a four-person team of professionals responsible for managing expectations of sell-side analysts and strengthening relationships with the buy side in the United States and internationally for the $25 billion company. She also is leading the IR work stream for DuPont's merger of equals with Dow Chemical, which is pending regulatory approvals. Prior to joining DuPont in 2015, she was VP of IR for $8 billion Campbell Soup Company, headquartered in Camden, for six years. Earlier, she was VP of IR for $40 billion Best Buy Co., Inc., based in Minneapolis. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of St. Catherine and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, both in St. Paul. She is a current board member of NIRI Philadelphia, immediate past president of the Philadelphia chapter, a member of the NIRI Senior Roundtable, and a past president of the Twin Cities NIRI chapter as well.

With nearly 20 years of experience in investor relations and corporate affairs at Fortune 500 companies, Barbara has been the primary point of contact for the company's investors and industry analysts, and has worked closely with rating agencies as well as the company's internal auditors and outside legal counsel.  In addition, she serves on AmerisourceBergen's financial disclosure committee, its privacy council, and has expertise in crisis communications, merger and acquisition activities, leadership transitions and other corporate matters.   She holds degrees from Ursinus College, The Pennsylvania State University, and Saint Joseph's University.

An accomplished entrepreneur, business development and corporate communications executive, John's career spans more than 20 years of achieving exceptional results in investor relations, public relations and marketing communications. At Safeguard, John is responsible for planning, executing and managing all investor relations and corporate communications initiatives. He played a critical role in the company's turnaround following the burst of the Internet bubble. During his tenure at the company, as a result of strategic targeting initiatives and greater transparency, the stock price hit a ten-year high, average trading volume increased six times, the number of analysts covering he company increased to seven from one, and it significantly outperformed its peer group and major indices. Prior to joining the company, John was Vice President of IR at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, a $3 billion global provider of automotive retailing solutions for car dealers and automakers. Previously, he was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of US operations for National Public Relations Inc., Canada's largest full-service IR and PR consultancy. Prior experiences included Thomson Financial and Marston Corporate Communications. He has a bachelor's degree from Susquehanna University and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Institute.
