The NIRI Virtual Chapter is proud to continue our collaboration with IR Magazine to present this program. For many years, we've annually brought together a group of recent IR Magazine Award winners to share their insights. You will hear from panelists representing a cross-section of top IR programs in the United States. Join our moderator, Tim Human, of IR Magazine, as we explore best practices the award winners have implemented, case studies on program evolution, annual IR planning, and some of the lessons that these IROs have learned in their roles leading IR programs.
This event will be an interesting dive into the experiences of some highly recognized experts in the investor relations profession.

Jill Chapman Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development Hilton 2023 Winner - Best Overall Investor Relations (Large Cap); Best Overall Investor Relations Officer (Large Cap); Best in Sector (Consumer Discretionary); Best ESG Reporting (Large Cap) Jill is Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Hilton. She joined Hilton in 2014. Prior to that, she spent more than 10 years in the financial services industry, most recently at Morgan Stanley where she was an Equity Research Analyst specializing in the lodging industry, including working on the Hilton IPO and subsequent coverage of Hilton, among other hospitality companies. |

Lauren Tengler 2023 Winner - Rising Star Lauren Tengler is Vice President, Investor Relations, at Boston Scientific Corporation and has served in that role since July 2021. Prior to joining the Investor Relations team in 2019, Lauren held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility across finance and commercial functions. During her 20+ years at Boston Scientific, Lauren has been able to pursue her passions outside of her day job, including leading the Finance Leadership Development Program and the Massachusetts Finance Diversity Equity & Inclusion Council. |

Tiffany Willis 2023 Winner - Best Investor Event (Large Cap) Tiffany Willis serves as Vice President and Head of Investor Relations and ESG Engagement for Starbucks. In her role, Willis leads the Company's financial communication strategy and outreach for over $100 billion in stock market capitalization to ensure Starbucks is appropriately positioned with the investment community. Under her leadership, she has guided stakeholders through multiple CEO transitions, including the transition of Founder, Howard Schultz, as well as managed unionization pressures and substantial macroeconomic headwinds. Prior to Starbucks, Willis served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Officer for Ingredion, serving as the CEO's ghost-writer in the trenches of the COVID-19 pandemic and height of social injustices, elevated by the senseless murder of George Floyd. |

He rejoined the publication in 2019 after two years working as a freelance writer for a range of international clients, including the Economist Intelligence Unit. Previously, he was editor of IR Magazine between 2013-2017.
