Mark Fasken Mark Fasken is the co-founder and COO of Irwin, a capital markets software company building a better way to manage investor relations. As COO, Mark works daily with global capital markets professionals at public companies, advisory firms, and investment banks to ensure Irwin's platform helps them achieve their IR goals. Before Irwin, Mark spent nearly a decade in sales and marketing at high-growth software companies. He led a highly skilled sales team at Influitive that directly supported the company's rapid revenue growth to $10M ARR+. As Pressly's former VP of Sales, Mark helped build the sales and marketing team leading up to its acquisition by Vision Critical. Mark is Vice-Chair of the NIRI Annual Conference Committee and is passionate about expanding the education and resources available to IROs, to deliver insight and support that will help inform strategic decisions and success. |
Tim Gamache Tim Gamache is a Senior Research Analyst on the Global Staples strategy at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, LLC, based in New York. Joining in June 2022, Tim is responsible for conducting primary research and providing investment recommendations for over 50 consumer staples companies around the world, with a focus on North America and Europe. As a pioneer in market-neutral investing, the research process at Weiss involves rigorous analysis of financial data complemented third-party and primary-source data to make financial projections. This work is then used to capture disparities in valuation among similar companies as judged by comparisons of future earnings multiples as well as anticipated returns to price targets based on discounted cash flows. Prior to joining Weiss, Tim served as a Senior Research Analyst at Tyack Capital as well as on JPMorgan Asset Management's Core US Equity Team for over 15 years. At JPMorgan, he also helped coordinate the research function across the globe and elevate best investment ideas into worldwide portfolios in his role as Global Sector Coordinator for Consumer Staples. Since 2019, Tim has been a board member for the Consumer Analyst Group of New York (CAGNY), a non-profit organization that is charged with providing fair and collegial forums to share information among investors, analysts, corporate management teams, and the media, highlighted by an annual CAGNY conference in Boca Raton, FL. He will serve as President for the 2023-24 membership year. Tim holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Business & Public Policy from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. He lives in Long Island with his wife, Cindy, and their three children - Christian, Bradley, and Marisa - in addition to their fun-loving Dalmatian, Brooklyn.
