Fawne Hill is a US Corporate Access Senior Manager at Fidelity Management and Research. FMR is the leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In her role, Fawne is responsible for arranging and managing Fidelity's attendance and schedules at industry conferences and events as well as arranging and planning bespoke events in the US and Canada. Fawne helps to connect the investment professionals and the management teams of the public or private companies that FMR has interest in. Fawne oversees the Equity, Fixed Income, High Yield, and Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM) teams.
Ms. Hill has been with Fidelity Investments since 1999 and began her role in Corporate Access in 2001.
Morgen Peck, CFA
Morgen Peck is a portfolio manager in the Equity division at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Ms. Peck is the lead Portfolio Manager responsible for the Fidelity and Fidelity Advisor Stock Selector Small Cap Fund and the Fidelity Series Small Cap Opportunities Fund. She is also responsible for the All-Sector Global sleeve as well as the Information Technology and Communication Services sleeves of the Fidelity Low Priced Stock Fund.
Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Peck was a domestic equity analyst at Fidelity covering small cap domestic equities. She has been in the financial industry since joining Fidelity in September 2003.
Ms. Peck earned her bachelor of arts degree in economics from Harvard University. She is also a CFA® charterholder.
Nicole Connolly is head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) investing and a portfolio manager in the Equity division at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Ms. Connolly leads the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investment efforts across Asset Management, including helping to direct Fidelity's ESG product roadmap, facilitating greater education about ESG in the investment process, and helping to coordinate the cross-asset class ESG efforts. Additionally, she manages the Women's Leadership Fund.
Prior to assuming her current responsibilities, Ms. Connolly served as managing director of research and managed the Energy, Technology, Utilities and Emerging Markets teams. Previously, she served as head of Fidelity's research associate program, which included the management, recruitment, and promotion process for undergraduates hired into Fidelity to cover small to mid-cap stocks. Ms. Connolly's additional areas of management focus included thought leadership around women's initiatives and incorporating proprietary research into the investment process.
Prior to that, Ms. Connolly was a research analyst for the Small Cap Equity group, where she was responsible for the Consumer, Healthcare and Energy sectors. Additionally, she worked in Fidelity's High Income group and covered the Energy, Paper and Packaging sectors. Prior to joining Equity and High Income Research, Ms. Connolly spent two years focused on Private Equity in Fidelity's Devonshire Investors group.
Before joining Fidelity in 2000, Ms. Connolly was a financial analyst focused on Global Project Finance while attending the Financial Analyst Investment Banking Training Program at Citibank from 1998 to 2000. Ms. Connolly has been in the investments industry since 1998.
Ms. Connolly earned her bachelor of science degree in finance from Boston College.
Timothi L. Trombetta
Tim Trombetta has a depth of experience in investor relations, strategic advisory, management consulting and finance. He has spent the majority of his career focused on investor engagement. Tim joined Nasdaq's IR department in 2006 and has held a few of roles since. Today Tim advises senior management and IR teams on investor engagement, investor targeting, roadshow planning, capital deployment strategy and relationship building.
Prior to joining Nasdaq, Tim was a Director of Investor Analytics at Bloom Partners and Thomson Financial from 1998-2002
