An accomplished entrepreneur, business development and corporate communications executive, John's career spans more than 20 years of achieving exceptional results in investor relations, public relations and marketing communications. At Safeguard, John is responsible for planning, executing and managing all investor relations and corporate communications initiatives. He played a critical role in the company's turnaround following the burst of the Internet bubble. During his tenure at the company, as a result of strategic targeting initiatives and greater transparency, the stock price hit a ten-year high, average trading volume increased six times, the number of analysts covering he company increased to seven from one, and it significantly outperformed its peer group and major indices. Prior to joining the company, John was Vice President of IR at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, a $3 billion global provider of automotive retailing solutions for car dealers and automakers. Previously, he was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of US operations for National Public Relations Inc., Canada's largest full-service IR and PR consultancy. Prior experiences included Thomson Financial and Marston Corporate Communications. He has a bachelor's degree from Susquehanna University and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Institute.

Ashley Cordova is a global financial executive with expertise leading investor relations, corporate brand development, strategic planning and treasury. Industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, animal health, biotechnology and medical technology with skills relevant to any multinational healthcare or technology company experiencing rapid growth or market transformation or considering an initial public offering.  Ashley has extensive experience with initial public offerings as she co-led the process at Novocure in 2015 and was the finance project lead for the process at Zoetis in 2013.  Prior to Zoetis, Ashley held various finance roles at Pfizer.  Ashley earned an International Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University.

Bennett Murphy is Director, Corporate & Investor Relations at AmerisourceBergen. Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen in February 2015, he was an analyst and assistant portfolio manager for a wealth management firm where he performed investment research and analysis of publicly-traded companies and managed client portfolios.

Sujal Shah is the Vice President, Investor Relations at TE Connectivity. Sujal is responsible for conveying the company's strategy and financial performance to the external world of investors and analysts. He joined in May 2014 and currently serves as a member of the Investment Committee and as a member of the Board of Directors of TELPAC, in addition to his responsibilities running global investor relations. Since starting his career in AT&T Bell Labs, Sujal has gained nearly 30 of experience in the high-tech industry, including 15 years of experience running investor relations as an executive at 3 public companies. Through a variety of roles in engineering, marketing, and investor relations, he has developed strong relationships within the technology sector and Wall Street community. He is also an active member of Lehigh Valley Angel Investors, providing resources and capital to local start-up companies. Sujal earned a Masters of Business Administration from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
