 Lauren Luptak  Lauren Luptak is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP, where she focuses on corporate and securities law matters, with an emphasis on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, SEC disclosure/compliance matters and corporate governance best practices. Lauren's experience includes representation of both issuers and investment banking firms in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, at-the-market offerings, PIPEs, high-yield debt offerings and convertible note offerings. She also has experience advising purchasers and sellers in a variety of mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions. In addition to transactional work, Lauren counsels clients on compliance matters, ongoing reporting requirements for public companies, fiduciary duties and strategic transactions.


 Chad Spitler
 
Chad Spitler is the Founder and CEO of Third Economy, a sustainable investment research and advisory firm. Chad was formerly a Partner at PJT CamberView, an advisory firm specializing in helping public companies engage with their investors particularly around complex or contested shareholder matters. He is most widely known for his role building what are now BlackRock's Investment Stewardship and Sustainable Investing teams. As a Managing Director at the world's largest asset manager, Chad led the team responsible for analyzing how ESG factors may impact financial performance, and integrating that analysis into investment decisions, proxy voting, corporate engagement and product development.
